regulated by this Refund Policy.

By placing an order with CloudsProxies You agree to this Refund Policy.

Digital Products
Once the product is sent, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for digital products.
Once your order is confirmed and the product is sent, we are unable to provide refunds for digital products.
If you encounter any difficulties receiving or downloading our products, we recommend reaching out to us for assistance.
Please note that CloudsProxies is not responsible for any bot failures, bans, or other issues that may occur during a release and are unrelated to our proxy servers (down proxies).
We do not consider results from bot proxy checkers or online proxy checkers indicating down or bad proxies as reliable testing tools, and they will not be taken into account.
If you have any doubts, we recommend testing your proxy in a browser.
By purchasing any product or service from our website, you acknowledge that due to the nature of digital products or services, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
By submitting payment, you agree not to dispute the charge or request a partial or full refund.
If you do not agree to these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from submitting any payment.
Cancellation Policy
Please submit your service cancellation at least 14 days prior to your invoice due date.
This will ensure that no new invoice is issued, and services can be canceled before any billing activities.
Please note that for month-to-month contracts, we do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused days within your billing cycle.
CloudsProxies is unable to offer credit on prepaid services if canceled before the end of the subscription period.
If you subscribed using PayPal, please ensure that you also cancel the subscription in your PayPal account.
CloudsProxies is not responsible for any subscriptions that are left unattended.
